Founded in March 2013, SGMRD has been the second Men’s Roller Derby Team in Germany.

Currently, we are skaters from 4 countries coming from 9 cities in Germany.

In 2023 we got rid of the “Men” in our name and rebranded to be pure “SGMRD”.

In 2020 we joined Roller Derby Erfurt as one of their teams and are now proud to be part of RDEF.

In 2018 we opened up to everybody who wants to play with us following the MRDA standard.
No matter how you identify (gender-wise) or where ever else you play, you are welcome.
